I have a question on a distributor.I have a 95 1.6 SOHC that I put into a 96+ car.I put a obd-2 vtec distributor on this motor. Now,the only bolt that lines up is the top one.I am wondering if this is going to throw the timing off.I set the motor at TDC and put the distributor in and that is where is matched up.The motor seems like it is out of time because the more I advanced it the better it is running.AND I have no CEL.Any Help, would be great.Or do I have to run a obd-1 and re-pin it?And yes the timing belt is in time.

The timing is set at Z6 spec.I know the motor is in time because I heard it run before I got it.That of course was with the z6 dizzy.I guess I will get a obd-1 z6 dizzy and just re-pin it and try that.I know that they have the same amunt/color wires.Anyone have one for sale?Any other help would be great.
