Default Some turbo help For a noob, Budget Build Time

I am looking for a budget turbo setup for my 1991 integra , i already have a jdm b18c (jdm gsr) swap in it and it is converted to obd1, i was looking into a rev hard kit but really when it comes down to it i just dont have that kind of cash , a friend of mine around my area bought one of those ss auto chrome kits and hasnt had much problems with it besides the typical manifold cracking he got it welded again and its as good as new , most people think not to buy kits from ebay , and to stay away from them but my buddy actually gave me a little encouragement, i definatly want to do it right in the tuning area and i will be getting a plx m300 wideband and i know a guy locally that can do a street tune on uberdata (i live in small town iowa and its about all we got for tuning)

Anyways i will get down to the big question for all you readers out there can you give me some advice ? is this kit look somewhat of good qualitly i know i looks alot better than ss auto chrome , the manifold looks similar to a blox manifold , well heres the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

well can you help a noob out yay or nay

I will say thanks for all the help givin here in advance

Everyone will say stay away but that one actually looks pretty decent. I don't think you can really go wrong with a log manifold like that. I would worry about the turbo, wastegate, and blow-off valve though. Anything with moving parts in those kits are questionable, but everything else is just pipes and clamps and crap.
