Default turbo question

I have a 92 hatch w/ a B18C5 swap I'm looking to turbo it I'm sure you all have seen the SS Auto Chrome turbo kits on Ebay and I have yet to hear good things about them here is my question even if they are shitty kits is it worth the money to buy the kit and just replace the shitty parts? would that still save me money and what is so bad about them? why dont people like them? I live in utah does anybody know roughly how much power I need to get to the ground to run consistant mid 11's full interior? 1 more question where the hell can I get neptune?

if you buy the kit and replace the shitty parts youll be replacing the whole kit basically.... the turbo, manifol,d downpipe (its small) ive heard good things about the wastegates and blow off valves and intercoolers

you can get a used greddy kit for seirously under $1500 with i/c.

as for neptune, you should check out the tuner directory and find which one is closest to you.
