Ok so here I go answering this question You "could" go 85mm if you wanted to. I have seen 84mm and 85mm bore on stock sleeves. Those motors were not built to last very long. Why? cause these motor were on 13+ compression and did so only to win a few races to make money only to be reinvested in sleeves. One was daily'd and cracked a sleeve in 2-3 months. Don't say nothing is impossible, cause it can be done but by my fellow ht brother said <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by C1CRX »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">why risk it?</TD></TR></TABLE> it would cost you if not 2 times as much labor ( i.e your not doing the build yourself) for something that will insure longer safety of your motor.

I talk faster then I type.
You could make a 200 whp plus motor on stock sleeves.
Here is a link to one. Since you could have searched for a thread on it.
