Default does the fog switch need a relay?

I was wondering if any of the oem fog switches need a relay? How can I directly wire the switch to the battery, fogs, and ground (3 pins) where instead the switch has 5 pins?

lol. do a search or read some basic electrical 101 on the internet. unless you want to draw too much power or run current incorrectly and risk a fire in your car from your wires frying, you run a relay to isolate the power and signal.

otherwise do what you want to do its your car
