Default will a b18c fit into 89 crx si?

i want something bigger then a normal b16a swap. i don't know if the b18c will fit or if it does is there room for a turbo? if not a b18c then what can i fit that would give it more pep?

yes...you need to cut a bit of the hood supports or get a SiR hood to clear the valve cover...

turbo can be done with a different radiator and a different x-member

use hcp mounts, moves motor twards back of car so you have clearance for turbo. also valve cover sits back further which *should* eminate cutting webbing from hood

Just did the b18c swap into my 89 crx si, the only problems I had were hood clearance and front crossmember clearance(where the front mount used to be with sohc motor), just banged it out> Otherwise it was all good
