So I bought a full gasket set and the valve seals are for a b16a2/3 which does not fit the b16a sir I guides or valves. Go figure.
I removed the exhaust seals before I realized the new ones weren't the same.
So anyway I had a d16z6 gasket set and did some measuring. Well all 16 are the same on the z6 and they are exactly the same as the 8 exhaust side seals from this b16 head.
The intake seals are taller so I don't think would match but I did the exhuast side first so just leaving those in for now.

Anyway the Integra type R valves are the same as the b16 and also weigh the same however the ITR retainers are 2.4 grams less than the B16 retainer and the outer springs are the same.

My suggestion for ITR cams in a b16 is to just buy the inner springs for the exhaust side and either ITR retainers or Titanium ones.
