usdm ecu used for jap motor to pass smog.
i don't know if anyone have done this before. I was planning on using the usdm sohc vtec or dohc non-vtec ecu on a b16 to pass smog. jdm ecu shoot to much fuel. What do you guys think? If anyone has done it, please give me some pointers.

I have a usdm P30 on my JDM B16 swap and it passed smog in California. I didn't even take it to get it bar'd just got it smogged at a normal place and it was within the normal limits.
my advice is to get a new catalytic converter AND use 87 gas when ur getting smogged using the higher octane will make the emissions higher. My readings were similar to that and I needed a new catalytic converter.
