i regret not getting this motor a long time ago. more enojoyable than my previous lsvtec set up!! but i still miss the top end power. no more plans for mods. cant wait to get out on sow or buttonwillow !!

torque looks fun but your previuos LSVTEC must been if you are enjoying this more. is this stock?

Put in some Crower 403's + valve springs/retainers and you will love it even more.
Or did you already? Nice curve

nope this is a bone stock b20b tuned on crome by me... stock exhaust and all ... nice and smooth ... torque falls off which i bet would stay flat with the setup that todd suggested along with a good header and exhaust .

shitty dc usdm header
2.5 piping to stock muffler
no cat
7lb. flywheel
b16 lsd tranny

it took me 2 months to find this motor. everybody only has the 97-98. got it at cspeedracing in la somewhere.

for daily street driving, i could keep it in 4th gear going 20mph with the b16 tranny . mpg FTW ! here's my graph for the lsvtec. as you can see the powerband is peaky. not very fun going light to light.

you got a higher compression B20, nice!

your numbers look spot on for a dynojet. you basically have my setup from a couple years ago... looks nice short gears + b20 + lsd = great street motor.
