Default how do you roll the pipe over to get the "velocity stack" appearance???

brainstorming the intake runners and was wondering how to roll the end of the runner over like a velocity stack? anyone have ideas? thank you

haha, last night i wa standing in the shop with the runners in my hand, just staring at the hydraulic press and i was like "nah wouldnt work" damn, thank you. do you have any pics of that? can you give me some instructions

Metal spinning, hydro forming, or CNCing out of a rather large billet.

90BlackCRX....what the F is that! I read that other post....it says aluminum rod...but steel tubing...what the hell?

Where you get that stuff? Gimme part numbers...gimme sources....gimme prices....give up the info..lol.

Depends how thick you want them. 16ga. aluminum is very easy to work with and wouldn't cost much to have done. Anything much thicker would pretty much have to be billet.

everybody loves the cheaper method of getting them done. Sadly not up to par in quality, but works.

What is not "up to par" on those stacks? (I have not used those before)
I see that some are listed as ~2mm thick. Also they appear straight tapered, rather than hyperbolic from the base to the bellmouth.
