Why does my Ignitor Keep Dying?

I am having problems with a JDM B16 2nd Gen swap that keeps blowing ignitors. It seems to be every 6months or so. The most recent being almost a year. I've so far replaced the ignitor twice, replaced the coil once, and replaced the entire distributor twice... this time around will be my third time in 2 years replacing the entire distributor with a brand new one. I can't figure it out..... Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the replies.

I am not running MSD. I do however have an aftermarket Distributor from Distributor King. Do you suggest getting a new OEM Dizzy from Honda? Man those are pricy. Or are you saying don't use aftermarket caps\rotors?
