Default whats broken???

this is a friend posting in:

i drive a 97 civic hatchback CX. alright well recently i crashed into a curb and poppd a tire on my front passenger side. i recently got my brake pads done like a day after then i noticed my car makin a POOSH POOSH POOSH sound everytime my car is rolling or moving. the faster i go the faster the noise(cant really hear it past like 20mph) ihere are pictures. i think i have a broken axle but i dont know if thats the only thing that is causing it or idunno.what could this noise be ?and what do you guys see is broken from the pic? ppl say it could be bad wheel bearing but i dunno

yup broken axle boot replace axle and it should be fine

no idea, its your car. most likely its just the axle. that looks pretty jacked up actually, more than a busted boot, so be careful.

pull the axle and take it into autozone. they'll give you a lifetime guaranteed axle for i think $50. after that i'd say get an allignment and call it good

don't really know what is a poosh, poosh sound. but maybe.

um, you have a giant hole in your axle boot, yes that could be the source of your issue.

i have a giant hole in my axle boot too, and yes it can cause a noise, but it doesnt go POOSH POOOSH

so i dunno, replace the axle man.

im not replacing mine, instead im doing a swap

yeah axle problems do not make a phoosh phoosh sound, dust shield rubbing on the rotor makes the phoosh phoosh sound. bend that back away from the rotor and it should fix that.

oh and yeah just replace the axle and get it from autozone. the lifetime warranty is nice, very nice. they even have it on their crappy brake pads lol. every time they wear out you can go back and get free pads I love that, the only problem is that their brakes wear out like 5 times faster than OEM honda breaks. but I guess that is of topic haha.
