Default got a question

i bought a b18c1 long block for 700 it had some bent valves the bottom end is perfect around 90000 miles on it . the head is going to cost 540.00 to fix with factory parts ... i can get a jdm b16 head that has been port and polished and shaved twenty - tenths .. for 500.00 .. and it is all stock .. can i benifit from this because i herd you loose comp with a b16 head on a gsr block

thanks

jon

it wouldent be a + or a - but it would get the motor running. the differance between the GSR and b16 heads is negligable.
