Default SS .RS*r exmag

I am about to get a new RS*r exmag SS cat back system for my 00ls .
(not the coated one) my question is whats down side of the full SS vs the coated one?
i know the full SS might be $$$$.

I didn't even know they made a stainless version. I've got the mild painted ExMag, no problems so far.

SS won't rust. If you live in salty areas, like when they put salt down in the winters. Or by the oceans, then get SS

the coated one can rust on you and would be a waste of money if you live in area that have a alot of salt like previous person has stated.
