I need you to tune out my idle. It surges from 1100-1500. It does it continually then stops for a while then comes back and stops.

haha mine does that all the time. but it'll only do it sometimes. you might want to stop in at intec or maybe give blind fashion a pm.

PM C-speed. He'll fix it for you. He's in Bellingham.

^Might do that tomorrow. Hoping it isn't going to cost me a full 1hr rate. C-Speed is too far for me. If it's something normal then I don't really want to mess with it trying to get it fixed.

May be some thing other than Chrome like a vacume leak or bad sensor possibly

I don't think it's a vacuum leak because it only happens sometimes. I used a boost leak tester through my intake manifold and there were no leaks. It may be a bad sensor, but I wouldn't know which one.

I've cleaned and replaced that thing.

I've had the problem ever since I converted to obd1. With obd2 and my stock ecu it doesn't do it at all. I'm throwing no cels either. I'm running Crome on a chipped p28 with dsm 450's.

Yeah those b20 bottom ends are nice. A buddy of mine has one of them with a ls head. His low end and throttle response kicks my ***.

it's just the crome map. trust me. have the tuner adjust the idle and that'll be it. it's no vac leaks.
