Default H23 crank, rods, pistons in a H22 block?

If you put a H23 crank in a H22 block, can you run H23 rods and pistons? I am concerned with the piston sticking out of the block.

Thanks for the help.

That'll work fine. H22/H23 blocks are identical. The only modification you'll have to be to the block is either remove the piston squirters or bend them out of the way of the H23 crank.
