That's a hard question. It could be a fuse. It could also be a battery that's disconnected. Could be a broken battery cable. Could be many things. Hard to say for sure if it's a fuse or not. You could start by checking the fuses.

Check the Fuses in the under hood fuse box, most Honda/Acuras use a 7.5A fuse for the stock HUs constant lead, it may not be enough current for the aftermarket HU, DONOT replace with bigger fuse if that's the problem, run a fused line from the batt. to the aftermarket HUs constant power lead, don't forget to "cap off" the stock constant lead.
