take out the center console and see if the cigarette lighter is plugged in. theres a couple screws underneath and a couple on the side i think. check this out for how to get it off https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=661308. the fuse for the radio is a 15A and its in the fuse box under the dash. although you said the fuses are ok so i dont know what that problem could be. have you checked the wiring to make sure its wired in right?

i once shorted the wire to my radio, and was never able to figure it out. just wired the power the memory, ecept you have to always turn the radio on and off manually

did you actually try replacing the fuse? I had this happen on my other civic and the fuse looked fine but i just tried another one just in case and it turned out to be the fuse. what had happened is a penny some how lodged its way into the cigarette lighter shorting everything out

lmao. thats funny with the penny thing. anyway, so i got my multimeter out and tested the power. it was there so i figured it has to be ground. so i ran a custom ground wire from the deck to the body. and what do ya know, cd player turns on. so then i took the wire off, cause i was gonna do it nice and solder it n ****, and the cd player stays on. im thinking wtf???? turn it off, and back on. works, ever since works? i have no idea what the hell the problem was. but it seemed to fix itself. fucken hondas lol
