Will the t3/t04e .60 trim with a .63 ar be sufficient for 8500 rpms and 300 whp

For my s2000
I want to reach boost pretty early but be able to keep 8 psi up to 8500-9000 rpms.

will this turbo work for me?

that turbo will easily and efficiently make 300whp on your car.

its 60 trim not .60
I think it will start to die off at 8500rpm but its workable.

I just made 404 at 14psi on a b18c, pulls strong up to 8,500.
