Just lookin to get some input on this setup, i came across a sick deal on a Super 60 T3 and want to know if anyone has had experience with this turbo on there b16. Right now Im runnin with a weak *** .42 / .48 T3, what will I see from the super 60 in comparison to what I have now, as far as reaching full boost by what rpm....any input appreciatted, thanks

i have a t3 S 60 for my setup. im inthe process of installing it right now. i think it will work just perfect. ill keep my redline at the stock 8200 because im worried it might die at suck high rpm

oh yeah by the way how did the .42/.48 work? when did it reach full boost and when did it start to die off?

i found that when i asked fellow HT members how the t3 super 60 works they all flamed it and suggested at t3/t4. homemadeturbo.com thought otherwise. they all thought it would work really well. so who knows im gonna try it

i ran a super 60 on my d16z6 with stock internals at 10psi for about a month turbo didnt spool till about 4600 and when it did i redline at 7200 and the car was a beast super 60 is good turbo for a b16 i took it off and when with a t3 48 60 becuase it spooled so late but over all turbo was great

yeah, with such a small displacement motor i dont understand why so many people are getting the biggest badest turbo for like 500hp when they realistically are only going to run 225-245 max

I installed a Super 60 on my friend's stock-internal 2000 Si, and it ran superb, full boost hit around 4200 (if I can remember correctly, this was a year and a half ago) and held consistent to stock redline. You'll like it, not too laggy on a 1.6.

Niiiice...Exactly what I wanted, full boost by about 4000 and all the way to 8200 on my happy revving b16

would this turbo be too small for a rb25det 2.5 litre skyline motor?

yes, way to small for that motor. i would recommend a t3/t4 60 trim
