Default Misfiring B16 Problems

I have a 90 CRX with B16. I had some fuel pressure problems recently, mostly my fault. I have a B&M FPR and I had it adjusted to 38 psi WITH THE VACCUME ATTACHED. I didnt know your supposed to pull the vaccume to adjust it. Well the other day I was adjusting it and the top snapped off so I put my stock FPR back on. That when I realized you have to have the vaccume off. So now the car misfires while Im reving it in neutral if I give it more than say 1/2 throttle it misfiries going up. I have a chip disabling o2 sensors and knock sensor running the stock PR3 maps. Im trying to figure out why its misfiring. Nothing was changed besides bringing the fuel pressure back to stock instead of way high. Im thinking maybe the plugs are bad but why would they work with all the fuel and not with the stock ammount of fuel? Any ideas?

Try turn on the head lights, if it keeep misfiring then check ur plugs, regap them,
