need help wiring temp gauge

like it says i need help if some could melp me out i have the nut sensor serewed in and the conector is on but the wire is cut where does it go so i can see how hot the motor is running

the temp gage circuit starts at the sensor under the dizzy. A yel/grn wire goes to the nasty looking 8 pin plug on the R shock tower. From there it goes to the back of the cluster.
