Ok so i have a b18b1 in a 90 civic hatch. I bought the car with all the mods prevesly done as a daily driver, WHOOOPS. i dont have any power to my distributor. The wiring harness is hacked pretty bad. I found what are supposed to be the power wires running back to the ecu from the distributor and i also have no power running out of the ecu does this mean that my ecu is bad or could i have another problem. Now the ecu should put power to the distributor with just the key on and no cranking right? I checked the ign fuse and it is good. checked continuity in all my wires and i cant figure out what the hell is going on. please help!!!!
