Does anyone know if an aem V2 intake for a 94-01 ls, or gs will fit on a 98 type r?

 

Ls gs and type r are all the same. Only the gsr uses a diffrent shape.

 

same design but im pretty the pipping diameter is bigger on the ITR's version compared to the rs/ls/gs

 

I haven't been able to find one for a type r. I knew ITR and LS intake manifolds were the same so that's why i wondered. Know where you can buy one for type r?

 

It would fit fine onto a type-r mani, you might just need a larger rubber coupler.

 

i think the v2 is junk. i ran with the cold air . no good. sold it switched over to injen and it pulls better.

You must have one accurate butt dyno to notice the differance.

 

haha . thats at least what i think. the v2 is just a bigger pipe.
