Well i pulled my head off of my old b15b2 block to find the top of piston num 2 is covered in rust, is this normal, obviously at somepoint some moisture got in there, and as of repair, what must i do!

 

When was the last time the engine ran?

 

well i got the car about 6 or 7 months ago and i couldnt get it to start then, at that point i dropped out the engine and through a b16 in now i was gonna use the block for a mini-me vtec and noticed the rust so it may have been a couple years since it ran, (i towed it to my house)

Lol, well, during those couple years i'm surised more of it didn't rust!

 

why not just keep the b16, But if its like you say it is I would'nt even bother with it man, just pick up a d16 for like 200 bucks.
