one hole is for the IAT (intake air temp.) sensor and one goes to the valve cover.
The hose should go on the brass part on the intake tube and the IAT sensor should go to one of those holes. I'm not sure about the ohther hole though

i know that
i have the valve cover and the sensor covered.im not sure which one the third goes into because it doesnt fit
my main concern is also the two hoses that arent even plugged into bu is connected to other things.

The second picture, the hose your holding is a coolant hose it should plung into the bottom of the intake manifold on the left there will be a bigger hose and im pretty sure in under or to the right of the big hose.
EDIT: and the red hose you can take off and put a small filter on the blocks nipple from like auto zone or something

that metal tube goes into the intake pipe, i remember on my old 1997 d16. Or wait, is there any coolant coming outta there? if not, it should plug into the intake pipe. So u got the red pipe for the brass part on the intake pipe, one hole for the IAT sensor, and that last hole for what u are holding on the first pic
put in a cold air intake and it will solve your problems, you wont have to worry about those hoses.
or next time you take something apart, remember where you disonnected it from.

I hope to god you don't connect the hose in the second picture to a coolent line on the throttle body, that hose goes to the intake arm for the fuel injector air injection (only the 99-00 have this).
the first picture with the clipped hose goes to the valve cover where the red hose is, for the PCV system
