Default Code 16 Fuel Injector problem

i need help with this code 16 problem. im driving down the road and my check engine light comes up saying i got a fuel injector problem. i check my wiring and figure out two wires going to the fuel injectors were loose. so after fixing that and restarting the ecu it still throws that code after driving the road for a while. i then pulled the plug on the fuel injectors and all of them were fine. Can anybody help please.

Maybe you just need to pull the hazard fuse to reset the ECU...?

It sounds like you've addressed the problem so

Yeah, reset ur ECU and see if it was just a fluke one time thing. remove your negative batt cable for like 15 seconds.

Check the fuel injector wiring. Especially at the ECU and injector resistor box. When I did my swap, I kept getting a code 16 cause one of my wires at the ECU was loose.
