timing

I failed my smog yesterday at the state referee and it was because of my timing...can someone recommend a decent header(legal) that i can replace my header with and can someone gimme the right timing i need.........I have a 1992 Honda Prelude Si with an H22A

if you are just looking for a replacement header I would go with MEGAN. At least it's stainless steel and cheap.
