Advancing the Timing...
hey everyone...
my friend has a 92 prelude si. last night we advanced the timing on my teg to 18 btdc. then he asked me if i knew of any gain from advancing the timing on his prelude. i said i'll get the information... so anyone advance their timing on their lude before? Can you recommend to what degree we should advance? Thanks!

honestly, i used to have my timing advanced. i had it pretty damn far advanced too. but then i forget the reason but i read somewhere that it can cause problems with knocking or whatnot. so i put it back to stock. ran 14.8 with just an intake so im satisfied without the advance.
