Default Brake Falling to Floor

My brake pedals falling to the floor now. What do you think it is?? Would it be the MAster Cylinder or the Brake Booster? IS there anyway to check?? Also...it just started to do it, so im sure it cant be air in the lines. Let me know what you think. thanks guys!

Master cylinder. Bad booster would make your brakes hard to push. Bad MC won't hold pressure and the fluid will push past the cup seal back into the fluid tank

possibly dumb question but:

any leaks?

if there isn't a leak, and you're sure there's no air in the lines, then yeah it's prob the MC.

its easy to change the master cylinder and its on like 36.99 at autozone. it would prolly be a waste of time to bleed then change the master cylinder cuz you have to bleed again after.

I have a similar issue with my '95 and I was wondering if anyone has ditched the booster setup in favor of something like a Wilwood master cylinder. I'm ok with having to press a little bit harder. Also, does anyone know offhand what size the bore is in the stock MS? Thanks, -elliott

It's not just a little harder. Here's how to see how hard it will be. Park on a hill and turn off your car. Pump the pedal till it gets hard. That means you have no more vacuum boost left in the reserve. Now, release your parking brake and put the car in neuatral and try and stop the car

UPDATE:

Ok guys....so i noticed something(Back to main topic sorry)... The brake falling to the Floor is real intermittent. When its cold outside or the car is cold the pedal feels good and stiff as it should. When its hot outside(normal temperature in los angeles) that when the brakes stop working and fall to the floor. IS it still the Master Cylinder?? Let me know guys

The reason the pedal feels good when it is cold out is because the fluid is thicker due to the colder weather. When the weather is hotter it thins out the fluid causing it to slip through the master cylinder instead of keeping pressure. Change the Master Cylinder already...Its your problem! The only way it might not be your problem is if you are leaking fluid.
