is it possible if so were do I get the t4 exaust turbine bla blah

IS A t3/T04E dont know what exaust wheel is it I know is a very small one

I know is a .48ar turbine wheel , ? is it possible to make it a t4 with a bigger wheel ?

.48 a/r is not refering to the wheel, it's refering to the housing.

EDIT: oh yeah that's right you're that tool that thinks building a D Series is like filling a pool with squirt.
