hey guys i had a b16 and just did a ls/vtec but it seems like there is no vtec. any ideas on what could be wrong. I bought the G.E kit w/ dowells and head gasket. i tapped the head and routed the line to it. i dont know whats wrong. help
do u have a chipped ecu or ne thing that will change vtec crossover. i have had the same problem w/ my lsvtec had crossover set at 5k and didnt think vtec was working hooked it up manually and had it come in later then u could really tell the diff. if not chk vtec solenoid screen and oil level/oil change
u sure you have all the neccesary dowels and oil jets in the head and block. looks like you not getting oil pressure. how low is the oil. put a oil pressure gauge to the motor and check where the pressure is at

i think for the vtec pressure switch i had the power and grond backwards. because i dont have the plug for the switch i just had two wires with female connectors to them. but any ways the + (pos) is on the side where you push down the connector and ground on the other. can someone confirm this
