Default Extracting torqued off bolts

I recieved a head with a torqued off 12mm bolt that holds down the cam cover on a B16. The top end was torqued off leaving the threaded part of the bolt still in the bolt hole of the head. I tried a tap and extracter to get it out but the extractor bit broke off inside the bolt. Anybody got any ideas on how to get this thing out?

Uh... if you broke of an extractor bit, most likely it will need to be burned out. Hopefully a machine shop near you will have the necessary equipment.
