Default new car

hey everyone just got a 89 honda civic si 5 speed d15b7 with trannsmission swap. the car is beautiful it really is but some things on the swap are just ghetto like the o2 sensor..it wasnt even hooked up..the car had the d15b2 alternator on the d15b7 the b7 alternator belt is apparently4 rids rather then b2 three ribs so i just used a 3 rib belt lol..it works fine so im happy. the car smokes a lil which i didnt notice when i bought it but i still would have bought it..anyways i dont know what to do with the engine it burns oil about a half quart to a quart a week give or take some. can i just put a bottem end kit in it with turbo pistons and good rods or would i have to take the block out and have it machined? just prior expirence helps i want to go turbo on this block with a hondata maybe 7 psi with the internals spoke of earlier..should i just ditch the block and build another d15 or 16. just looking for this is what i would comments thanks ps.. the car sometimes smokes when started and always while accelerating hard white smoke obvioulsy oil, valve stem seals? or pistons rings i would love stems seals then i would just do a mini me for now. thanks again

Don't boost a motor that you admit is "ghetto" and burns a quart of oil a week.

Let that tired POS run it's course while you build a real engine on the side that you can swap in later.

THEN when your new swap is ready, boost the POS til it blows
