Default Kill switch wiring for NHRA legality.

I have the battery relocated to the trunk and have a kill switch installed on the rear for proper access. I'm just trying to figure out how I can totally shut the car down once the switch is turned off. I know that the alternator needs to be directly connected to the positive battery post but do I connect the alternator wire that goes to the fuse box in the engine bay or do I use the one that is bolted on to the alternator? Also what gauge wire is recommend for this?

Here's a pic of the set-up..kill switch in the key hole.

It then goes to this distribution block. One wire to the fuse box and the other to the starter. Looking at the fuse box, the wire next to the loomed one is for the alternator ( I think ). Do I connect it to the battery or the one that is bolted to the alternator so the car will totally shut down?

you can buy those kill switches at WalMart, I saw them there the other day. You dont have to do the kill switch if you are justy moving the battery to the back for the hell of it, but if you are in professional racing, you have to.

It's wired up properly to shut down battery power and the MSD ignition box but the alternator still keeps the car running. I thought for sure the way I had it wired up will totally kill the car but I guess the alternator needs to be cut off as well. Just not sure how to do this.
