Default gsr del sol swap issues!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

ok so just swapped a jdm b18c1 into my del sol... car runs real strong chirps 3rd surprizingly enough and holds its own with some pretty quick cars.... Im coming from a 400hp evo 8 and was pretty impressed... now heres the problems... launch bogs real bad not sure why its almost like the car turns off for a split second.. like boost cut. second, ever since motor swap tach jumps around crazy don't know if it has anything to do with vss or not.. but any kinid of input on this would be great.

mods are 2.5" cat back exhaust, aem short ram intake, mugen chipped ecu.

and any suggestions if i should go spray or turbo??

Tach bounce is usually a sign of a faulty dizzy.

the problem your having at launch could be a number of things, i had that problem wit my b16 crx and it turned out to be a loose ground cable on the tranny.. so check out your grounds, and the bouncing tach could either be your dizzy crappin out or your IAC..
