if your del sol is a z6 and your hatch isn't a vtec motor it won't work.

You could swap the whole head search mini me.

Delta and exospeed make some really nice nonvtec sohc cams.

 

we need more details than that homie.
what motor do you have? vtec? non vtec?
it will do you NO good if you mix up cams from vtec to notec,
even if they do fit.

its a non vtec ,90 dx with mpfi, what would be an up grade camshaft but the upgrade of an si?could it fit?

how much more then just an si cam are you looking for and are you willing to build the head?

 

how far can i go with a camshaft if i rebuld the head?

 

yeah get the si cam (d16a6), the dx cam is so flat it stops making power somewhere around 5,000revs..

how far can you go? it depends on $$$$$

the delta 272 makes nice power, good torque curve.
exospeed has a ggod cam too.
all the delta regrinds perform differently, it depends on what your looking for in power. chaeck out crower too.
there is a lot of options, just depends on your pockets and driveability.
