Rough idle and realllllly rich
Hello, 
thanks in advance for any help. 1988 civic d15b6. fired it up and it idles rough and really rich. blowing black smoke out the pipe. I have ordered a manual but do not have it yet. it is not the original engine. I bought it with the engine partially installed. I am new to the honda stuff. Thanks
