Default Rear caliper rebuild - any advice for getting the piston + boot into the cylinder bore?

Hello-

I am in the midst of doing a brake caliper rebuild. I got the fronts done, thanks to a little trick given to me ...

However, the back are being quite the little annoyance. Any advice to get them reassembled? I noticed the helms states to put the piston bushing in, and then the dust boot, and then the piston.

How does everyone hold the boot open while threading the piston on?

Help!

dammit

I got the calipers powdercoated. trust me, if I had thought ahead I wouldnt have... but I am stuck with some powdercoated calipers and an intuition that you all would say to buy re-man calipers.

help me! $5 paypal to who can sucessfully get this boot on the piston, and the piston within the cylinder.
