THINKING ON BUYING A 91 EX

Well been thinking on buying a 91 civic from friend of mine. he said the only problem with the car is that when you start it up it revs to 3grand and stays there. What yo guys think it can be? It not throwing no codes or anything. So i would like to get the car for a beater.. Help me out

Did you check the idle screw? Or check the throttle cable?

yeah its most likely the throttle cable. just swap that **** for something crazy cool. like a k20a or something.

and if it's a easy fix like that get it exs are too cool for school
