Default Quick Troubleshoot question, not reving past 2k and stumbling *UPDATE 9/5*

Ok soo i was messing around with my friend wont go into details and like a dummy i hit the rev limiter in 2nd tryin to fend him off and it hit and than i took out of gear.
Than tried to accelerate normally and it stumbled and like huffed and gurglled as i hit the gas.
Pull over not check light no oil light everything seems fine.
I make it home by short shiftin every gear at like 1.5krpm but if i floor it itll hesiatate and pop and stuff.
I got home and thought it mighta threw the ECU in limp mode or something so i reset my ecu by disconnecting the battery ground? and plugged it back on after a few min and still same problem.

Car info:
95 4dr Civic
B18b

Any Ideas?
I appreciate any help.

If i go to the floor or like even with half throttle to like 2k it starts poppin and goin down/ not accelerating anymore...oh and also the tach goes nuts.Like bouncing from 2k down to 0 and what not.
