Mine usually kicks in at about 4800-5000 usually from what I can tell.

There's a post somewhere stating when the vtak-e engages depending on the throttle position.

2700 rpm's. This has been asked before. Also, if you plan on changing it, it won't help your hp/tq, and could cause some serious damage.

I'd have to agree with this. Thats when i "feel" it, for what its worth with 127bhp eco-vtec LOL

Not everybody knew that, and since you said "K-series", I was elaborating that a K20A has a Vtec kick-in at 5600rpms. Now, if you want to get all offended, that's your problem. But, since you clearly stated generally that 6500rpms was your Vtec kick-in, I was trying to state actual stock numbers. You need to calm down, bud, you won't get very far with nothing but anger.

Yes. You can search a Honda Manual if you like, but it'll tell you the exact same thing.
