rmps go up and down while driving.

Default rmps go up and down while driving.

i noticed the other day if i drive for a any amount of time and i am moving(around 15 mph+) and i push in the clutch and shift to nuetral and the car is at idle the rpms go up and down from around 600 to 900 like continuously up and down. anyone else have this problem or know why it does this? i have no cel's or anything

In past civic's this is the notorious
Idle Air control valve... either dirty or needing a replacement...

first i'm hearing of it on the fg1 OR 2

hmm. it only does it when the car is in motion. im confused... but anyways the car has 9900 miles on it
