Which "12V power cable" did you check, the acc. or the constant 12V+ lead? 94

The constant 12V+ lead is a white W/ yellow or blue stripe in the stock radio harness, the fuse for it is almost always in the engine bay fuse box, and is probably a 7.5A, I would check the condition of the fuse and it's connection to the fuse holder.

What is the MM&Y of the car and what is the make and model of the HU? 94
