Just found this, wondering your thoughts on it. They make it sound like a hell of a setup, but I wonder if it actuall works.

it says by air pass... that just proves these companies are just immigrants thatt can't speak english selling stuff on ebay...
it's basically a bypass valve like aem's but with the look of a traditional mesh filter. they don't show you the inside so i'm pretty sceptical if it works or not...

This is directly out of the description .
By Air Pass Valve
The IAF sits between the air filter and throttle body along the tract of the air intake pipe. The IAF is engineered to improve the performance of your air intake system by controlling the incoming air at different RPM ranges.
The IAF is designed to take in large volumes of air with a sudden thrust of the gas pedal and will safely level off and switch to your primary air filter as you coast on the highway. This translates to more power when you need it and less when you don't .
The IAF is constructed of solid chrome plated aliminum body, stainless steel filter screen and an inner second stage filter element.

what is an "by air pass"? is that supposed to be a rip-off of a air bypass valve like AEM's? even the AEM bypass valve has been dyno tuned to lose power. its just there in case your air filter gets submerged in water. just get a traight through cold air intake pipe.
haha yeah dont buy that. i have an aem bypass valve on my cai. and i actually noticed a slight difference in how it pulls air into the engine. while the car was running i had the hood open and revved it a few times. you know how it jolts the intake when you rev it real quick because it has to pull the air all the way from the end? with the bypass, it initiallly pulls the air thru it. its no where near like a sri but it is sort of like a hyrbid. between the 2. (and its not like i can tell when im driving..) lol.

Haha, what a scam. If it cuts down on the "power" when you don't need it, that means that the engine has to work just that bit harder to pull that air when you "don't" need it.
Looks like a plain simple (and ugly at that) bypass valve. It seems to me as a bunch of made-up theory (*cough* bs story) to make it sound cooler.
