Default still no start

so i posted a couple weeks ago about a no start issue im having with my 1990 crx dx with 209k miles on it.
i replaced the starter (which was a bit of a booger to get to) with a new honda starter and still i get no noise from the engine bay with the check engine light on.
i have no idea what to do with it.
any help would be much appreciated.
