Jdm fogs on the side bumper??

So i was looking at the newest pics of the nisei car show in cali which seems to me like everyone goes and finds the rarest of rare jdm part and thats the place to show it. and i saw on an ek and da these fogs on the side bumper. are these new? are they oem? are they new or old? if u got pics of them on eg's, ek's, dc's, da's and ef's post'um up.

yeah i figured as much. i think its too much. kinda takes away that clean jdm look.

IMO i dont think they look all that great.
