Default timing belt came off, how long can i drive it?

timing belt came off, how long can i drive it and if i dont get it fixed what will happen?

92 accord. sohc

um.. if your timing belt "came off" your engine wouldn't be running.. and you'd probably have bent valves.

Are you sure it wasn't the belt for power steering, the alternator and all that jazz?

the belt is inside the plastic cover not the outside where the alternator and power steering belt are located...........i dont understand.......the car runs and drives.......wtf??

waterpump is driven by the timing belt....
just a faulty waterpump?

NO offense but i don;t think you got a clue of what the hell you are talking about

the water pump what ?? was noisy??

pump cannot come off, it can leak or make noise ,, t-belt cannot come off and car still run

listen to this guy. we have what is called an interferance engine, and it sounds like you unfortunately found that out the hard way. slipped timing belt = head work
