funny idle on my 96GSR

funny idle on my 96GSR
It has been doing this for a while ever since i got it a few months ago.
The idle will jump after it wrms up. It will go from normal about 750 to like 900 then down to 680 or so. Then when i turn the head lights on it goes back to regular idle. I tried ajusting the idle screw on the throttle body but it didnt work.
What can i do to fix it?
