Default Suspension Dilema...I NEED ADVICE!!

So i need some opinions...

The car:
eg civic 4dr, full weight, KYB AGX struts all around, skunk2 coilovers. rear wheels and tires are rota sub-zeros, front tires are M&H 23x8.5x15 slicks.

The dilema:
im looking to get 1.6x 60' foot times and looking to improve my 330 and 1/8 mile times....basically looking to get this heavy **** out of the hole as quick as possible, while using the suspension setup i have to the fullest. i dont have the money (and the season is coming to a close) to revamp the suspension so i have to use what i have....

the solution:
im looking for ideas here folks....should i set the rears full hard, and jack the back up as high as i can (to prevent squating) should i leave it lowered and set it to full hard, should i set it full hard and slam the rear to the ground so im riding on the bump stops to keep it from squating.....and what should i do with teh front? full hard? full soft?

what has worked and what hasnt?

let me know peeps!

cliff notes:
working with what i have...how can i get out of the hole faster?

You really didn't say anything about your engine and tranny set-up. If you are not spinning the tires right now, there would be no way to improve anything.

engine and trany is this:
405hp turbo sohc, clutchmasters stage 4 clutch, z6 tranny with obx lsd.

i was using MT 22x8x15's and cutting mid 1.7x's all the time, i was spining those so i went up to M&H 23x8.5x15's ive only made 2 runs on these so far and both runs were crap...one run was a 2.0 and the other was 1.9 60 foot. And yes i was spining them. only just for a second when im coming out of the hole....and the *** end squats HARD...and then everytime i shift it squats hard again..espescially on the 1-2 shift....

and fyi my launch technique is this...preload, 2 step set at 7k, redline at 7500. i make about 5psi of boost off the line and get about 18 in 1st gear. i do not full throttle shift 1-2 but i do the rest.

my goal of this thread was to see if there is any gain by tweaking the suspension i allready have to gain a couple tenths. i just feel like there is alot of wasted motion/energy that could be put to use lol......maybe im all wet here?

you didnt mention traction bars ? i would advise you to invest in a set if you dont have them already. also. try lowering your launch rpm/retard the timing so it will build more boost @ the line on the 2-step. also, i didnt happen to see how much air pressure you are running in the tires...

i do not have traction bars...something i have looked into but didnt really think i needed them...if that is the case i will work on it for next season...

the slicks i had at 12psi on the 1.9 and then 9psi on the 2.0.

im not sure i want to lower my launch rpm just because im using a somewhat laggy turbo and im afraid of boggin it off the line...i would much rather spin that bog as it takes a while to build boost up again.

and i have been thinking about the timing thing to build more boost...im using CromePro to tune with and i cant for the life of me figure out how to go about this....

if i have the 2step set at 7k, where do i retard teh timing? in the boost portion of the map? cause it consitantly builds 4.7psi so would i retard it in the 0 to say...10psi portion at 7k???? cause once i launch i rarely go under 18psi....and if thats the case...how much would i retard it???

thanks for the responses finaly guys!!
